Pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree196/2003, we hereby inform you that all personal data, including sensitive data, provided at the time of subscribing to EMMEI srl services, is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling our contractual obligations in order to meet your specific requests in the most efficient possible manner, as well as to supply you with detailed information on the services offered and to fulfil the accounting and fiscal obligations imposed by law. Processing of your personal data shall take place at our premises, both in hard copy form and with the use of electronic means, in the manners and within the limitations necessary to pursue the intended purpose. The data may be disclosed to various parties involved in the business relationship, such as fiscal and accounting bureaus, data processing centre, legal firms providing contractual assistance, the A&F division and banks.
